Truck Dispatcher (Haulier Caller

Role Description The Truck Dispatcher (Haulier Caller) is a full-time, on-site role based in Rawalpindi. This role coordinates daily truck movements, schedules pickups and deliveries, and communicates with drivers, clients, and internal teams to ensure efficient transport operations. Responsibilities include assigning routes, monitoring vehicle locations, adjusting schedules in response to delays or changing conditions, and maintaining accurate records of loads and dispatch activities. The Truck Dispatcher also manages documentation, handles phone and digital communication, resolves operational issues, and supports safety and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
Qualifications

• Strong logistics and transportation coordination skills, including route planning, load scheduling, and fleet monitoring.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with drivers, clients, and team members via phone, messaging apps, and email.
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple dispatches, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Competence with basic computer applications and dispatch or tracking software; ability to maintain accurate digital records.
• Problem-solving skills to manage delays, last-minute changes, and operational issues calmly and efficiently.
• Knowledge of road safety practices and basic transportation regulations relevant to trucking operations.
• Ability to work on-site in Rawalpindi, including flexible hours or shifts when business needs require.
• Previous experience in dispatching, transportation, or logistics is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree is an advantage.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
