Position OverviewThis is an entry level role in our logistics department. We are looking for passionate individuals with excellent English communication skills. All job-related training will be provided.The ideal candidate will be adept at communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Find cost effective haulage providers to deliver goods.</li><li>Negotiate with existing hauliers to keep delivery cost low</li><li>Manage shipment budgets</li><li>Track &amp; fix shipping errors</li><li>Coordinate with hauliers to make sure smooth shipment of goods</li><li>Communicate with Hauliers to ensure timely collection from warehouse and communicate ETA to the customer</li><li>Coordinate and monitor operations of the shipment</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong educational background at least graduate level qualification.</li><li>0-1 year of experience in logistics, sales, or customer service department.</li><li>Ability to multitask and track multiple processes throughout the supply chain</li><li>Fluent in spoken and written English language skills</li><li>Excellent computing skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist with expertise in optimizing websites to improve search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct keyword research to identify high-value search terms relevant to our products and target audience.</li><li>Optimize product pages, collection pages, and other website content for target keywords, meta tags, and structured data.</li><li>Implement on-page SEO best practices, including optimizing title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and image alt text.</li><li>Monitor website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party SEO software.</li><li>Identify technical SEO issues and work with the development team to implement solutions for improved website performance and crawlability.</li><li>Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content strategies, including blog posts, product descriptions, and landing pages.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt SEO strategies accordingly and maintain high search engine rankings.</li><li>Provide regular reports and analysis of SEO performance metrics, including keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates.</li><li>Work closely with other marketing teams to integrate SEO strategies with other digital marketing initiatives, including paid search, social media, and email marketing.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.</li><li>Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in SEO optimization.</li><li>Proven track record of improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic to e-commerce websites.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
