Job title: E‑commerce Expert (B2C — Marketplaces & Direct-to-Consumer)

We are a growing consumer goods business selling across multiple online channels (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Temu, Groupon, Shopify and more). We combine data-driven pricing, marketplace expertise and high-quality operations to scale revenue and customer lifetime value. We’re looking for an experienced E‑commerce Specialist to own platform operations, listings, fulfilment coordination and paid acquisition to drive real B2C sales.

Role summary
The E‑commerce Lead will take end-to-end ownership of day-to-day marketplace and D2C store operations, working across Seller Central/merchant consoles to optimise listings, pricing, inventory and ads. This hands-on role requires proven experience managing multiple seller accounts, coordinating with 3PL and logistics partners, delivering platform-level reporting and hitting sales and profitability targets. You will be the primary operator and a leader on execution, working with product, marketing and logistics teams to scale revenue.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage operational day-to-day for multiple marketplace and D2C accounts (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Temu, Groupon, Shopify, OnBuy, etc.) including Seller Central/merchant console tasks.
  • Create, optimise and maintain product listings: titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, images, and video assets; perform keyword research and on-platform SEO.
  • Implement pricing strategy and psychology: dynamic pricing, promotions, MAP compliance, coupon campaigns and margin optimisation.
  • Plan, launch and optimise paid advertising across platforms (Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Shopping, platform-specific ad systems); monitor ROAS, ACOS and scale profitable campaigns.
  • Manage inventory and fulfilment: coordinate forecasts, replenishment, batch uploads, FBA/FBM/3PL and marketplace fulfilment; troubleshoot stockouts, returns and stranded inventory.
  • Coordinate with 3PLs, couriers and internal logistics to ensure SLA compliance, delivery accuracy and cost efficiency.
  • Perform daily/weekly/monthly reporting and dashboards for each platform: sales, traffic, conversion, inventory, ad performance, margins, returns and key operational KPIs.
  • Own account health and compliance: performance metrics, policy adherence, claims, product and account suspensions remediation.
  • Lead operational projects: new marketplace launches, feature rollouts, listing migrations and process improvements.
  • Mentor and coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, product, finance) and act as the operational lead during peak seasons and campaigns.
  • Document SOPs and optimize workflows to improve speed, accuracy and team scalability.

Must-have skills and experience

  • 2–4+ years hands-on experience managing B2C e‑commerce accounts across multiple marketplaces and D2C platforms (Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, Temu, etc.).
  • Proven track record of driving measurable sales growth and profitability from marketplaces and D2C storefronts.
  • Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills: advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data cleansing and reporting automation.
  • Good knowledge of marketplace operations: listings, SEO, inventory management, fulfilment models (FBA/3PL) and account health.
  • Solid experience running and optimising paid ads (Amazon Ads, TikTok/ByteDance Ads, Google/Shopping or equivalent).
  • Demonstrable pricing strategy experience including promotions, psychological pricing and margin optimisation.
  • Experience liaising with 3PL providers and managing end-to-end logistics.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in a leadership or senior individual contributor role owning operations.

KPIs / success metrics

  • Platform revenue growth and YoY sales increase.
  • Improvement in conversion rates and organic traffic per listing.
  • Advertising efficiency: ACOS, ROAS and CAC targets.
  • Inventory health: out-of-stock rate, excess stock age, and fulfilment accuracy.
  • Account health: suspension rate, policy violations, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Timely and accurate reporting and operational SLA adherence.
