E-commerce Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable E-commerce Product Listing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience researching products and creating high-quality listings on online marketplaces such as eBay, Etsy, and other e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Research profitable and trending products for online marketplaces.
• Source products from suppliers or approved websites.
• Create and upload product listings on eBay, Etsy, and other marketplaces.
• Write clear, SEO-friendly product titles and descriptions.
• Upload product images and optimize listings.
• Add accurate product specifications, categories, tags, and pricing.
• Monitor listing quality and update products when needed.
• Ensure listings comply with marketplace policies and guidelines.
• Organize product data using spreadsheets or inventory management tools.

Requirements

• Experience with eBay, Etsy, Shopify, Amazon, or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Strong product research and sourcing skills.
• Understanding of SEO for product listings.
• Excellent written English and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with image editing tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of dropshipping or print-on-demand workflows.
• Experience with listing software such as InkFrog, Sellbrite, Linnworks, or similar tools.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and pricing strategies.
