E-commerce Store Assistant & Product Research Specialist

Location: Onsite - Siddiq Trade Center, Gulberg
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: 40,000 to 50,000
Timings: 5:00 PM to 2 AM

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced eBay Store Manager / Product Researcher to join our growing eCommerce team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of hands-on eBay experience and be capable of managing day-to-day store operations while identifying profitable products and optimizing listings.

Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain the eBay store.

* Research profitable products and market trends.

* Create and optimize eBay listings.

* Monitor pricing and competitor activity.

* Process and manage customer orders.

* Handle customer messages and resolve issues professionally.

* Track inventory and ensure listings remain accurate.

* Improve store performance, sales, and account health.

* Work with the team to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

* 1 to 2 years of experience managing an eBay store.

* Strong product research skills.

* Experience with listing creation and SEO optimization.

* Knowledge of eBay policies and best practices.

* Good written and verbal English communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

* Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
