E commerce Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for E-commerce Specialist to grow our oil and lubricants brand's online presence and sales. This role owns the full store operation from order processing, stock/inventory management to drives customer acquisition through paid social advertising (TikTok and other platforms) to build brand traction and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end order processing on e-commerce store (order confirmation, tracking, returns/refunds, customer queries)
• Monitor and manage stock levels; coordinate with warehouse/suppliers to avoid stockouts or overstocking
• Plan, launch and optimize paid ad campaigns on TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms
• Build and execute a social media growth strategy to establish brand traction and following
• Track ad performance (CTR, ROAS, CPA) and adjust campaigns for better ROI
• Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and promotions on the store
• Collaborate with design/content team for ad creatives and social posts
• Report weekly/monthly on sales, ad spend, and growth metrics

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations and/or paid social advertising
• Proven experience running TikTok Ads (mandatory); experience with Meta/Google Ads is a plus
• Experience with order management and inventory/stock control on e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar)
• Must submit a portfolio showcasing past campaigns/stores worked on, with measurable results/achievements (sales growth, ROAS, follower growth, etc.)
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple moving parts (orders, stock, ads) at once
• Basic understanding of the automotive/lubricants market is a plus, not required

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
