Job Title: E-commerce Growth & Marketplace Manager (Shopify | Ads | Operations)

Location: Remote (Based in Jhelum / Islamabad preferred)
Work Mode: Remote with occasional in-person meetings when required

About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven E-commerce Growth & Marketplace Manager to oversee and scale our online sales operations. This role is not for a Shopify developer; instead, it focuses on managing Shopify stores, driving sales growth, running performance marketing campaigns, and optimizing overall store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Shopify store performance and product listings
• Run and scale Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Improve product ranking and visibility on Google and marketplaces
• Monitor sales performance and implement growth strategies
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/fulfillment teams
• Analyze data to improve ROAS, conversion rate, and overall profitability
• Work closely with design/content teams for creatives and listing optimization
• Identify opportunities to increase traffic, sales, and customer retention

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Shopify store management
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Understanding of SEO and product ranking strategies
• Experience in e-commerce operations and inventory management
• Strong analytical mindset and performance-driven approach
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Good communication skills for virtual and occasional in-person meetings

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in scaling e-commerce brands
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, Meta Ads Manager
