Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and scale online sales channels for a premium lifestyle brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end e-commerce ecosystem, optimizing customer journeys, and driving revenue growth through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the company’s e-commerce website and marketplaces
• Develop strategies to increase online sales, conversion rates, and average order value
• Oversee product listings, pricing, and inventory coordination
• Analyze website performance, traffic, and sales data
• Collaborate with marketing team on digital campaigns and promotions
• Improve user experience (UX/UI) and customer journey
• Manage payment gateways, order processing, and fulfillment coordination
• Leverage analytics and AI tools for forecasting and optimization

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce management
• Strong understanding of Shopify/WooCommerce or similar platforms
• Experience with digital marketing and performance analytics
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
