TEMU Marketplace Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven TEMU Marketplace Manager to oversee and grow our product portfolio on the TEMU platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for listing management, advertising, inventory updates, promotional campaigns, and overall marketplace performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, upload, and optimize product listings on TEMU.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize titles, descriptions, images, and attributes to improve visibility and conversions.
  • Monitor and manage TEMU advertising campaigns to maximize sales and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Regularly update inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy across all listings.
  • Plan, implement, and manage promotional campaigns, discounts, coupons, and special offers.
  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Analyze sales, traffic, advertising, and conversion data to improve marketplace performance.
  • Ensure all listings comply with TEMU policies and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams regarding product availability and promotions.
  • Monitor competitor activity and marketplace trends to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Experience managing TEMU seller accounts.
  • Strong understanding of TEMU listing optimization and advertising tools.
  • Experience with inventory management and marketplace operations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple products and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Advertising ROAS and ACOS.
  • Inventory accuracy and stock availability.
  • Promotion performance and conversion rates.
  • Product ranking and visibility improvements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
