Aptech Metro Star Gate Center is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, drive student enrollments, strengthen brand visibility, and create innovative campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Position: Marketing Manager

Location: Aptech Metro Star Gate Center, Karachi

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase admissions and brand awareness.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and other online platforms.
• Organize seminars, workshops, career counseling sessions, roadshows, and promotional events.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and corporate partners.
• Manage social media presence and content marketing initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
• Lead and supervise marketing team members and external vendors.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI on marketing activities.
• Coordinate with admissions and academic departments to achieve enrollment targets.

Requirements

✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

✅ 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education or service industry.

✅ Strong knowledge of:

• Digital Marketing
• Social Media Marketing
• SEO & SEM
• Event Management
• Brand Management
• Marketing Analytics

✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
