Job Description:

Enza Home Lahore is seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen the brand presence in the premium furniture and home décor market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that drive footfall, sales, and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for showroom, digital, and offline campaigns
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email, website, and online advertising
• Plan and oversee events, promotions, and collaborations to enhance brand visibility
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing initiatives
• Coordinate with sales and design teams to create customer-centric campaigns
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications
• Build and manage a team of marketing associates or external agencies, as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, furniture, or lifestyle brands
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content strategy
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to drive brand growth
• Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics, and reporting
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
