Marham is looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager to strengthen its position as Pakistan's leading digital healthcare platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand awareness, building trust among patients and healthcare providers, executing impactful campaigns, and ensuring a consistent brand identity across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Marham's overall brand strategy and positioning.
- Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across digital and offline channels.
- Plan and lead integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and user acquisition.
- Work closely with Growth, Product, Design, Content, Doctor Success, and Patient Care teams to align branding initiatives with business objectives.
- Lead brand storytelling and messaging for patients, doctors, clinics, and corporate partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitor brand health metrics, customer sentiment, and campaign performance.
- Manage partnerships, sponsorships, and strategic collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
- Ensure all communication aligns with healthcare regulations and ethical marketing standards.
- Manage agency relationships and oversee creative production where required.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and ensure organization-wide compliance.
- Support product launches, new initiatives, and employer branding campaigns.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA or Master's degree will be considered an advantage.
Experience
- 3–4 years of experience in Brand Management or Marketing.
- Experience in healthcare, health-tech, digital platforms, or consumer internet businesses is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully executing large-scale marketing and branding campaigns.
