About Us

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, drive customer acquisition, and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for all financing products (car, bike, solar, and consumer loans).

Plan and execute digital, outdoor, and branch-based marketing campaigns.

Build partnerships with dealers, showrooms, and solar companies for lead generation.

Manage the company’s brand visibility, promotions, and public relations.

Conduct market research to identify customer trends and competitive opportunities.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare monthly reports for management.

Coordinate with Sales and Product teams to align marketing goals with business targets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in banking, NBFC, or consumer finance sectors.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and branding.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
