Dispatcher – Transportation Services | Islamabad (On-site, Full-Time)

We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to manage daily coordination across our transportation service lines. This is a live, phone-based coordination role, serving as the primary link between clients, drivers, and the office to ensure every trip runs on time and is accurately tracked.

Shift: Rotational (includes evening/night hours) — details discussed at interview

Salary: Market competitive, based on experience — to be discussed at interview

Responsibilities:

* Manage incoming and outgoing calls to coordinate pickups and drop-offs across multiple daily trips.

* Create, book, and update trips in LimoAnywhere, including dispatching drivers and monitoring live trip status.

* Communicate promptly and clearly with drivers and clients to resolve delays or last-minute changes.

* Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of bookings, trip statuses, and follow-ups.

* Prioritize and manage multiple live requests simultaneously without compromising accuracy.

Requirements:

* Hands-on experience with LimoAnywhere is required.

* Prior experience in dispatch, transportation coordination, or a call center environment.

* Good written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate professionally with international clients.

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain composed under a fast-paced, high-volume workload.

* Based in Islamabad, with the ability to work on-site and maintain punctual attendance.

Preferred:

* Experience coordinating with international clients (US/Canada)

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
