Title: Cab Operator/Dispatcher

Location: Soan Gardens, Islamabad

Pay: PKR 80,000-PKR 120,000

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to support daily taxi operations for a UK-based service. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating bookings, communicating with drivers, and ensuring smooth service delivery in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and assign customer bookings through dispatch management software Autocab/Icabbi/Cordic.

Monitor driver availability and allocate jobs efficiently.

Assist customers with new reservations, schedule changes, and booking updates.

Track ongoing operations to help maintain service standards and timely arrivals.

Communicate with drivers regarding route changes, service updates, and operational matters.

Manage advance reservations, including airport and time-critical bookings.

Maintain accurate booking information and operational records.

Report customer concerns and operational challenges to the appropriate team members.

Qualifications

Previous experience in dispatch software Autocab/Icabbi/Cordic, transportation coordination, logistics, or a related operational role.

Familiarity with dispatch management platforms is advantageous.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities simultaneously.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.

Proficient in using computer systems and business applications.

Preferred Experience

Exposure to UK-based transportation or customer service operations.

Experience coordinating field personnel or drivers.

Flexibility to work rotational schedules aligned with business requirements.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
