• Screening candidates & coordinating interviews
• Working on US Tax terms.
• Managing offer negotiations & closures

What We’re Looking For:

• Min 2 yrs experience in US IT/BFSI recruitment
• Good understanding of US tax terms & visa types
• Strong communication & sourcing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
