Hiring: Recruiters & Sr. Recruiters (US Staffing)

Experience Required: 2–5 Years in US Staffing

Shift: Night Shift (EST)

Work Mode: 4 Days Onsite (Friday Remote)

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
• Hands-on experience working with Implementation Partners and Direct Clients.
• Strong understanding of US tax terms including W2, C2C, 1099.
• Experience recruiting for US-based IT positions across various technologies.
• Proficient in sourcing through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Job Diva.
• Strong expertise in Boolean search and candidate mapping.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong screening and candidate evaluation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of US recruitment processes and staffing lifecycle.
