Job Summary

We are looking for a US Healthcare Recruiter to source, screen, and place healthcare professionals including Travel Nurses, RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Allied Healthcare Professionals, and Therapists for leading healthcare facilities in the US.

Freshers with strong communication skills and experienced recruiters with healthcare staffing knowledge are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Vivian, JobDiva, CEIPAL, Monster, CareerBuilder, Naukri.
• Recruit and place Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Allied Healthcare Professionals.
• Screen candidates based on specialty, experience, certifications, and availability.
• Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, submission, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Build strong pipelines for Travel Nursing, Local Contracts, Per Diem, and Permanent placements.
• Coordinate with account managers and clients for urgent requirements.
• Negotiate pay rates, availability, and joining timelines.
• Maintain ATS updates and candidate records.
• Ensure compliance documents are collected before onboarding.
