Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bench Sales Recruiter role based in Noida. The Bench Sales Recruiter will manage end-to-end bench sales activities, including identifying suitable client opportunities for available consultants, marketing their profiles, and negotiating contract terms. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing requirements from vendors and clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, and expanding the vendor network to increase placement opportunities. The role involves coordinating interviews, following up with stakeholders, managing documentation, and ensuring timely onboarding. The Bench Sales Recruiter will collaborate closely with the sales and delivery teams to meet placement targets and support overall business growth.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Sales Recruitment and Bench Sales skills, with the ability to market consultants effectively and close positions in a competitive environment.
  • Candidates should possess Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing offers and onboarding.
  • Candidates should possess Account Management skills, with experience maintaining and growing relationships with clients, vendors, and consulting partners.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and effective negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with US IT staffing processes, tax terms (W2, C2C), and immigration-related documentation is beneficial.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms such as LinkedIn is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with strong time management, organization, and follow-up skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience in IT staffing or bench sales is preferred.
