About the Role

You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation — for a diverse range of IT roles across our US client base. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a knack for identifying the right talent quickly, and wants real exposure to the US staffing landscape, this role is built for you.


Responsibilities

  • Source and engage qualified IT professionals through Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal databases using Boolean and advanced search techniques.
  • Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and compensation expectations.
  • Manage end-to-end coordination between candidates and hiring managers — from scheduling interviews to facilitating offers.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and guide candidates through the offer and onboarding process.
  • Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline of IT professionals across technologies and employment types (contract, contract-to-hire, full-time).
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity logs within the ATS.
  • Consistently meet submission quality targets and recruitment deadlines.


We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in IT and Non IT recruitment, preferably within US staffing.
  • Working knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and terminology.
  • Proficiency with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn) and Boolean search techniques.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and general recruitment tooling.
  • Understanding of US employment types, hiring norms, and staffing processes (W2, C2C, 1099).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter mentality with solid time management and the ability to juggle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
