 About the Role
 
 
 
 You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle &mdash; from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation &mdash; for a diverse range of IT roles across our US client base. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a knack for identifying the right talent quickly, and wants real exposure to the US staffing landscape, this role is built for you.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Source and engage qualified IT professionals through Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal databases using Boolean and advanced search techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, communication skills, and compensation expectations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage end-to-end coordination between candidates and hiring managers &mdash; from scheduling interviews to facilitating offers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Negotiate compensation packages and guide candidates through the offer and onboarding process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain a strong, active pipeline of IT professionals across technologies and employment types (contract, contract-to-hire, full-time).
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate candidate records and activity logs within the ATS.
 </li>
 <li>
 Consistently meet submission quality targets and recruitment deadlines.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 We're Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
 </li>
 <li>
 1&ndash;2 years of hands-on experience in IT and Non IT recruitment, preferably within US staffing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Working knowledge of IT technologies, roles, and terminology.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn) and Boolean search techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and general recruitment tooling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of US employment types, hiring norms, and staffing processes (W2, C2C, 1099).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-starter mentality with solid time management and the ability to juggle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
 </li>
