 2&ndash;5 Years in US Staffing
 
 
 
 Shift:
 
 Night Shift (EST)
 
 
 
 Work Mode:
 
 4 Days Onsite (Friday Remote)
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2&ndash;5 years of experience in US IT Staffing/Recruitment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience working with Implementation Partners and Direct Clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of US tax terms including W2, C2C, 1099.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience recruiting for US-based IT positions across various technologies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in sourcing through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Job Diva.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong expertise in Boolean search and candidate mapping.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong screening and candidate evaluation skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of US recruitment processes and staffing lifecycle.
 </li>
