Workforce Trainer - Construction Industry

Applicant must be qualified as Trainer for construction worker skill development programs in the following trades:

· Scaffolding · Masonry · Steel Fixing · Painter · Welder · Rigging · Shuttering & Finishing Carpentry

Requirements:

Package is all inclusive, you must have your own accommodation, transportation and food.

Minimum 5 years of practical experience in the construction Supervision/Inspection filed

Previous experience as a trainer/instructor is preferred

Ability to conduct practical and theoretical training sessions

Good communication and leadership skills

Knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures

Responsibilities:

Conduct skill training programs for workers

Prepare training materials and practical demonstrations

Evaluate trainee performance and progress

Ensure compliance with safety regulations during training

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Construction Trainer: 2 years (Required)
