Retail Trainer - Xbeauty

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Developing Training Programs: Creating and delivering comprehensive training programs in beauty therapy, skincare, makeup application, and hair styling.
• Teaching and Assessing: Teaching Beauty Advisors, Make Artists, Assistant Store Manager & Store Manager - various beauty treatments, beauty products & beauty & skincare industry and assessing their performance to ensure they meet industry standards.
• Staying Updated: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the beauty industry.
• Providing Support: Offering one-on-one coaching and mentorship to enhance the skills of trainees.
• Qualifications: Typically requires qualification in Beauty Therapy or a comparable qualification, along with practical experience in the beauty sector.
• This role is crucial in preparing individuals for successful careers in the beauty industry.

Note: Candidates are expected to be in Qatar for interview. To be well conversant in Arabic reading & writing.
