The role is safety-critical and requires deep technical understanding of boiler operation, burner management, steam distribution, and control systems.The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience in the steam field and understands the risks, pressure systems, and safety requirements associated with high-pressure boilers.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform testing and commissioning of new steam boilers and associated systems.</li><li>Conduct startup procedures, combustion tuning, safety checks, and performance verification.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair issues in:</li><li>Burners (diesel/gas/oil burners, ignition systems, flame sensors, nozzles, fuel lines).</li><li>Control panels and safety interlocks (pressure switches, level controls, alarms, trips).</li><li>Boiler body and mechanical components (tubes, headers, feedwater lines, steam valves, condensate lines, pumps).</li><li>Inspect and service boiler mountings and accessories including safety valves, water level gauges, blowdown valves, pressure gauges, feed pumps, condensate return systems, and deaerators.</li><li>Carry out corrective maintenance and emergency repairs to restore safe operation.</li><li>Support preventive maintenance plans and document technical findings from site visits.</li><li>Use standard inspection and diagnostic tools to measure:</li><li>Pressure</li><li>Temperature</li><li>Draft/combustion quality</li><li>Water quality / TDS / conductivity</li><li>Efficiency and emissions (smoke analysis, O&#8322;/CO/CO&#8322; where applicable)</li><li>Report unsafe conditions and immediately escalate any critical boiler hazard.</li><li>Prepare technical service reports and communicate clearly with the office team and with clients.</li><li>Assist with operator training on safe boiler operation and routine checks.</li></ul>Technical Competencies (Must Have)<ul><li>Minimum 7 years experience in steam systems with a focus on boilers.</li><li>Strong understanding of the operating mechanism of fire-tube and water-tube boilers, boiler protections, and how steam systems behave under pressure.</li><li>Ability to identify dangerous faults (low-water conditions, overpressure, flame failure, fuel leaks, etc.) and act immediately.</li><li>Skilled in burner maintenance:</li><li>Ignition transformer / electrodes</li><li>Flame detection systems</li><li>Fuel pump and fuel train components</li><li>Nozzle and atomization quality</li><li>Combustion air / air-gas ratio tuning</li><li>Skilled in electrical and control troubleshooting:</li><li>Control panel wiring and relays</li><li>Level control systems, pressure switches, safety circuits</li><li>Basic PLC/HMI interfaces for boiler control (advantage)</li><li>Able to perform mechanical interventions:</li><li>Tube leak identification and basic repair recommendations</li><li>Gasket and flange work</li><li>Valve replacement / actuator adjustments</li><li>Feedwater pump service</li><li>Capable of using inspection and service tools:</li><li>Multimeter, clamp meter</li><li>Pressure gauges / test gauges</li><li>Smoke analyzer / combustion analyzer</li><li>Infrared thermometer / temperature probe</li><li>TDS/conductivity meters</li><li>Familiar with condensate recovery systems, steam traps, and boiler efficiency improvement practices.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>7+ years hands-on experience in steam boilers maintenance, troubleshooting, or commissioning (industrial/commercial sites).</li><li>Strong awareness of boiler safety and the potential hazards of high-pressure steam systems.</li><li>Able to work in the field and travel frequently between cities as required by the company.</li><li>Must hold a valid driving license and be able to drive to sites.</li><li>Must have a transferable iqama.</li><li>Ready to join immediately or within short notice.</li><li>Able to communicate professionally with clients on site and represent the company.</li></ul>Package &amp; Conditions<ul><li>Full package: 4,500 SAR / month</li><li>Accommodation provided</li><li>Frequent travel for service jobs (company assignment)</li><li>Mixed field/office role (site visits + reporting/follow-up)</li></ul>&#1606;&#1608;&#1593; &#1575;&#1604;&#1608;&#1592;&#1610;&#1601;&#1577;: &#1583;&#1608;&#1575;&#1605; &#1603;&#1575;&#1605;&#1604;
