Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Teach core subjects (English, Math, EVS, Science etc.) as per ICSE curriculum.</li><li>Prepare lesson plans and deliver engaging, age-appropriate classroom instruction.</li><li>Conduct regular assessments and maintain student records.</li><li>Manage classroom discipline and create a safe, positive learning environment.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.</li><li>Participate in school activities, events, meetings and training sessions.</li><li>Support overall development of students &mdash; academic, social and emotional.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Graduate with B.Ed / D.El.Ed / equivalent qualification.</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of teaching experience in primary grades (preferably ICSE).</li><li>Good communication skills and a child-friendly teaching approach.</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Strong subject knowledge for primary level.</li><li>Patience, empathy and classroom-management ability.</li><li>Creativity in teaching methods and use of teaching aids.</li><li>Basic computer skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
