Core Responsibilities:Financial Record Keeping:<ul><li>Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journals, ledgers, and financial statements.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and other relevant accounting regulations.</li></ul>Financial Reporting:<ul><li>Preparing financial statements such as Profit &amp; Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.</li><li>Analyzing financial data to identify trends, assess financial performance, and provide insights to management.</li></ul>Taxation:<ul><li>Preparing and filing income tax returns for individuals and businesses.</li><li>Advising on tax planning and optimization strategies.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with GST (Goods and Services Tax) and other applicable taxes.</li></ul>Auditing:<ul><li>Conducting internal audits to verify the accuracy and completeness of financial records.</li></ul>Budgeting and Forecasting:<ul><li>Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.</li><li>Monitoring actual performance against budgets and identifying variances.</li></ul>Other Important Responsibilities:Accounts Payable/Receivable:Managing accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, and customer collections.Payroll Processing:Calculating and processing employee salaries and wages, including deductions and taxes.Financial Software:Proficiency in using accounting software like Tally ERP 9, QuickBooks, or SAP.Compliance:Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws in India.Key Skills Required:<ul><li>Experience in a CA firm</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Strong work ethic and integrity</li><li>Previous experience in business related to interiors and architecture.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Chhattarpur, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
