<div>SUMMARY OF ROLE
The 1000heads Relationships team is a proud, powerful collective of Social Media obsessives, experts managing influencer relationships. You will work closely with a whole host of departmental specialists, from Accounts, Insights, to Design, to Strategy to deliver transformational social-first work for our clients.
The Relationship Manager will work across the business and help manage influencer relationships for a variety of brands. This Includes: strategy, influencer engagement, content management, FTC monitoring and measurement projections/reports. 
Requirements 
<ul><li>
Building client relationships; listen and understand individual client requirements and consistently meeting if not exceeding their expectations</li><li>
Building influencer relationships; establish a genuine connection with influencers of all levels to promote trust and two-way communication</li><li>
Help lead Profiling briefs to ensure the team have a clear understanding of their target audience</li><li>
Responsible for ensuring the Profiling processes (briefing and approval) are adhered to</li><li>
Maintaining a consistent understanding &amp; competence on Profiling across all team members; identification and verification of Influential Voices</li><li>
Maintaining the exceptional standard of all campaign engagement including ethical considerations</li><li>
Working along with team to develop, innovative, bring creative ideas and solutions for client campaigns</li><li>
Responsible for the timely response of all communication from voices and on-going relationship maintenance</li><li>
Track budgets, manage invoices, administer legal agreements and ensure compliance</li><li>
Overseeing Event and activation planning, execution and performance.</li><li>
Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, including the ability to adapt rapidly to changes.</li><li>
Foster relationships with influencers and maintain an ear to the ground for new creators to collaborate with.</li><li>
Ensuring that events run to agreed client budgets and clients approve all expenditure before it happens, particularly 3rd party expenditure</li></ul>
Responsibilities<ul><li>
This is a hybrid role, with 2 days per week in office required. You must reside in a location that is commutable to the office</li><li>
3-4 years account handling or influencer management experience.</li><li>
Agency and equivalent experience</li><li>
Knowledge of the influencer landscape a must</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>
Social Platform proficiency&middot;</li><li>
Understanding of complex information with a problem solving approach</li><li>
Results-focused with a tenacious approach to delivery, quality of output and organization are key to this role</li><li>
Ability to work calmly, efficiently and professionally under pressure</li><li>
Ability to interact with people at all levels demonstrating tact, diplomacy, discretion and maturity</li><li>
Meticulous attention to detail &amp; excellent organizational and time management skills</li><li>
Passionate, energetic and confident</li><li>
Team-player: flexible and challenging</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office &ndash; Word, Excel &amp; PowerPoint</li></ul>

SALARY RANGE
89,000-105,000 per year
