We&rsquo;re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team at 1031 Crowdfunding. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy turning ideas into action, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Support Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns across multiple channels.</li><li>Assist with Content Creation: Help produce and edit marketing materials, including brochures, blog posts, press releases, and website content.</li><li>Provide Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, reports, meeting coordination, and general administrative tasks to support the Content Marketing Specialist and broader marketing team.</li><li>Coordinate Events: Assist in planning and executing marketing events, trade shows, and webinars&mdash;including logistics, vendor communication, and post-event follow-up.</li><li>Conduct Market Research: Gather and analyze data on market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to support marketing strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.</li><li>Liaise with Vendors: Coordinate with external partners to execute promotional initiatives and ensure deliverables meet deadlines and brand standards.</li><li>Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with sales, product, and other internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals and messaging.</li></ul>Technical Requirements:<ul><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating marketing materials, data analysis, and presentations.</li><li>Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating and editing marketing collateral.</li><li>Familiarity with marketing automation and social media management tools is a plus (e.g., HubSpot, etc.).</li><li>Experience with CRM systems and email marketing tools is a plus (e.g., Salesforce &amp; Hubspot).</li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in marketing or a similar role</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>Basic familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred</li><li>Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus</li><li>Excellent organizational and project management skills</li><li>Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Experience in the financial services or real estate industry is a plus</li></ul>Compensation and BenefitsThe Marketing Coordinator position is a full-time, exempt role based in our Irvine, CA office (2603 Main Street, Suite 1050).Compensation:<ul><li>Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications)</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance</li><li>Health savings account (HSA)</li><li>Paid time off and holidays</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Full-time, in-person (remote work not available)</li><li>Standard business hours</li></ul>About UsFounded in 2014, 1031 Crowdfunding is a leading real estate investment and asset management firm.
