About the Role10X Digital is looking for a Performance Media Specialist with strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, a solid understanding of digital marketing, and a passion for delivering measurable growth for clients. The ideal candidate will be proactive, client-focused, and able to take ownership of performance projects with the support of our experienced technical team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement optimization strategies to meet client KPIs.</li><li>Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign structures to maximize ROI.</li><li>Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, reporting, and proactive recommendations.</li><li>Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to client revenue growth.</li><li>Provide insights on performance trends and new opportunities across Google Ads and Meta Ads.</li><li>Work closely with internal teams&mdash;including SEO, design, and web development&mdash;to ensure seamless project execution.</li><li>Take full ownership of client accounts, ensuring high-quality delivery and consistent progress.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 2 years hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience working in Dubai/UAE market.</li><li>Working knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) is preferred.</li><li>Basic understanding of SEO, website platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.), and analytics tools.</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills.</li><li>Ability to present performance reports clearly and confidently.</li><li>A client-first mindset with commitment to delivering value and driving client growth.</li><li>Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your expected monthly salary in AED?</li><li>What is your current visa status in the UAE?</li><li>How soon can you join if selected?</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
