<b>Job Description is as follows:</b><br>
</div><ul><li>
Must have knowledge of all menu items and ingredients in order to best serve our guests. Must be able to answer any and all guest questions regarding our menu including food and beverage ingredients, allergy information, item availability and 110 Grill policies.</li><li>
Must know all steps of service and provide polished service at the guests&rsquo; pace.</li><li>
Must be engaging, enthusiastic and personable in order for the guest to have a pleasurable dining experience. Must maintain eye contact and presence behind the bar.</li><li>
Must be a team player and help wherever necessary: answering the phone, helping seat guests, running food, completing running side work. Must be willing to perform any tasks delegated by management.</li><li>
Approach all guests with enthusiasm and be able to explain our concept for food and service.</li><li>
Must complete opening and closing side work which includes set up and breakdown of dining room on a daily basis. Must be able to work as a team to complete running side work which includes running food/beverage, resetting tables and prepping product.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
