About the Role</h1>
We&rsquo;re looking for a Video Editor who can transform raw footage into high-quality video content that drives engagement, strengthens our brand, and supports marketing growth.
Video is becoming one of the company&rsquo;s most important growth channels. Right now, editing work is fragmented and slows down our content output. This role exists to bring consistency, speed, and quality to our video production process.
As the Video Editor, you will turn raw recordings into polished video assets ready for distribution across multiple channels, helping the marketing team ship content faster and at a higher quality.<h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You&rsquo;ll Be Responsible For</h1><ul><li>
Editing assigned video content from raw footage to final deliverable</li><li>
Exporting video deliverables optimized for different platforms</li><li>
Managing and organizing editing project files and raw footage</li><li>
Maintaining consistent editing quality and visual style across all content</li></ul> 
This role does not include:<ul><li>
Content strategy</li><li>
Script writing</li><li>
Filming or recording</li><li>

What Success Looks Like</h1><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
After 30 Days</h3><ul><li>
You understand the company&rsquo;s content style and brand tone</li><li>
You can independently edit short-form and long-form ads</li><li>
You use the company&rsquo;s editing workflow and AI tools without supervision</li><li>
Your edits are delivered on time and require minimal revisions</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
After 60 Days</h3><ul><li>
You fully own the end-to-end editing of assigned content</li><li>
You manage raw footage and project files independently</li><li>
You deliver content optimized for different platforms</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
After 90 Days</h3><ul><li>
Content production speed has increased significantly</li><li>
Standard ad formats (e.g., VSL / ElevenLabs ads) are delivered at competitive speed while maintaining quality</li><li>
Most edits pass quality control within two revision cycles</li><li>
Video output is consistent across projects</li><li>
The marketing team has a reliable editing partner</li></ul>
Failure signals<ul><li>
Consistently missing deadlines</li><li>
Repeated revisions required for basic issues</li><li>
Inability to match brand style or pacing</li><li>
Requiring constant direction to complete tasks</li><li>

What We&rsquo;re Looking For</h1><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Experience</h3><ul><li>
2&ndash;5+ years of experience editing video content</li><li>
Experience editing content for social media, digital marketing, or creators</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Skills</h3>
You already demonstrate:<ul><li>
Professional video editing</li><li>
Strong storytelling through pacing and cuts</li><li>
Short-form and long-form video editing</li><li>
Captioning and video formatting</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and editing quality</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Tools</h3>
You should already be comfortable using:<ul><li>
Adobe Premiere Pro</li><li>
CapCut</li><li>
Basic motion graphics tools (After Effects or equivalent)</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">
Ownership &amp; Collaboration</h1>
In this role, you will own:<ul><li>
Editing assigned video content end-to-end</li><li>
Exporting deliverables for different platforms</li><li>
Managing editing project files</li><li>
Maintaining video style consistency</li></ul>
You will primarily collaborate with:<ul><li>
Director of Ops</li><li>
Marketing Manager</li><li>
Creative Strategists</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
Working Conditions</h1><ul><li>
Schedule: Monday&ndash;Friday, 8am&ndash;5pm (GMT+4)</li><li>
Location: Remote</li><li>
Employment Type: Full-time</li><li>
