Key Responsibilities for the Experienced HVAC Service Technician:

<li>Efficiently troubleshoot HVAC systems and provide clear, expert advice to customers on repair or replacement options.</li>
<li>Recommend maintenance plans, upgrades, or replacement options based on system condition and customer needs.</li>
<li>Provide accurate estimates and close service-related sales opportunities with professionalism and integrity.</li>
<li>Collaborate with dispatchers and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.</li>
<li>Maintain a well-stocked truck and keep accurate inventory.</li>
<li>Actively participate in training sessions and morning meetings.</li>
<li>Submit accurate, timely invoices, timecards, feedback, and option sheets.</li>

Qualifications for the Experienced HVAC Service Technician:

<li>Proven track record of delivering exceptional technical service while consistently driving high sales performance through expert product knowledge, customer rapport, and solution-oriented recommendations.</li>
<li>Passion for providing exceptional customer service.</li>
<li>Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>A positive attitude and pride in your work.</li>
<li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li>
<li>5+ years of HVAC experience preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills.</li>
<li>Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and drug test.</li>
<li>Availability for on-call rotation.</li>
