About Your Role as the HVAC Service Field Manager:</b></h2>
<p>
We are seeking a motivated, hands-on leader to oversee our service team in a fast-paced environment. This is a key leadership role with strong growth potential.</p>

You&rsquo;ll be responsible for leading technicians in the field, improving performance, and ensuring every job is completed with excellence. You are the connection between leadership and the field&mdash;the person who sets the tone, drives accountability, and supports the team&rsquo;s success.</p>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Requirements for the HVAC Service Field Manager:</b></h2>
<ul><li>5+ years of HVAC service experience (residential and/or commercial)</li>
<li>2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and service best practices</li>
<li>Ability to lead, coach, and develop a team</li>
<li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record</li>
<li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities for the HVAC Service Field Manager:</b></h2>
<p>
Working closely with leadership and dispatch, you will help drive technician performance, service quality, and overall department success.</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage day-to-day service operations in the field</li>
<li>Conduct ride-alongs to coach technicians on technical skills, communication, and closing opportunities</li>
<li>Ensure technicians follow the full service process on every call</li>
<li>Monitor and improve technician performance, including sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction</li>
<li>Partner with dispatch to maximize scheduling efficiency and opportunity</li>
<li>Inspect jobs to ensure quality, accuracy, and completion standards are met</li>
<li>Train, mentor, and develop technicians to grow their skills and confidence</li>
<li>Help recruit, onboard, and retain top talent</li>
<li>Resolve escalated customer concerns in a professional manner</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies</li>
<li>Oversee truck stock, inventory, and overall field readiness</li>
