<div>The Receptionist sets the tone for the community by being an outstanding information source and knows all points of contact for every department within the property to promptly assist visitors. Assists with general office support by performing a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. He or she answers incoming calls, directs calls to appropriate personnel, distributes mail, manages the flow of correspondence, requisition supplies, and performs additional clerical duties as needed.
Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Adheres to and conveys a philosophy that supports the dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and individuality of residents</li><li>
Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate associate, transferring callers to an associate&rsquo;s voice mailbox when the associate is unavailable
</li><li>Greets visitors in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner</li><li>
Assists in ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies</li><li>
Act as main point of contact for residents, family members, and guests</li><li>
Helps with related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, collating, and any other tasks as requested by the supervisor
</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Qualifications &amp; Physical Requirements:

Receptionist-Monday -Friday 7am to 3pm

<div>The Director of Sales and Leasing greatly contributes to the purpose of the organization, helping seniors thrive in community. He or she builds and sustains strong Rental Income revenue by stewarding over the wellbeing of prospects who inquire about the community. Serve prospects though coordinating and initiating relational based leasing strategies and functions of the community. Implement leasing plans that will meet and exceed the overall Approved Budget occupancy goals and financial objectives. The Director of Sales and Leasing is responsible for overseeing, developing and implementing all leasing functions within the community. The position also requires being able to establish reciprocal and effective working relationships with all staff, residents and their families, and those individuals involved in organizations that support the senior housing industry. He or she manages all leasing efforts for the community, which includes developing and maintaining full occupancy within the parameters of the Approved Budget.
Primary Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>

Gathers and organizes all required information necessary to complete a successful move in so that the appropriate department head (e.g. business office Coordinator) or Executive Director can complete move in paperwork</li><li>
Maintains a targeted network of referral sources, providing information via marketing materials or presentations as needed</li><li>
Develops, manages, and monitors new leasing campaigns</li><li>
Researches, writes, and develops Creative Follow-up in order to connect, untangle emotions, and advance to the next logical stage in the sales process.
</li><li>Manages inventory of marketing materials and adheres to the Approved Budget</li><li>
Conducts CRM research and analyses results as needed</li><li>
Establishes department goals and ensures all stated goals are met</li><li>
Conduct tours, luncheons, or other strategies with prospective Residents and prospective Resident groups</li><li>
Partner with all other department heads to support occupancy stabilization</li><li>
When applicable or required, for lead generation, is responsible for conducting sales calls to designated targeted referral sources which may include but not be limited to physicians, hospitals, social workers, places of faith, and community organizations</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Qualifications &amp; Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Working knowledge of leasing skills (E.g., Attunement, Connecting, Untangling Emotions, and Advancing to next logical step) as related to senior housing
</li><li>Excellent communication, social awareness, emotional intelligence, connection, and articulation skills</li><li>
Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage self to meet fluid deadlines in a customer focused environment.

Ability to define specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and timely goals and objectives
</li><li>Commitment to continuous improvement of leasing and customer service practices while assuring that 
completed work adheres to high standards of accuracy and excellence

Social media skills, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, et cetera a plus

Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>
College degree in Marketing or a related field preferred</li><li>
At least two years of direct involvement in a selling-oriented environment with preference in sales and marketing of senior living or an equivalent combination</li><li>
At least one year of supervisory or management experience, when applicable</li></ul>
