Position Overview: 
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to enhance the online presence of our brands&mdash;Met-Rx, Pure Protein, FITCRUNCH, and Body Fortress. The ideal candidate will lead community engagement, develop compelling content, and manage social media strategies across all major social channels. You will also monitor consumer feedback and identify new opportunities for social innovation. Job Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Build and activate our brands' social media strategy, including but not limited to:<ul><li>
Mapping out the cadence of content with go-live dates on quarterly calendars</li></ul><ul><li>
Reviewing and providing feedback to creative partners (where applicable)</li></ul><ul><li>
Copyediting for evergreen content</li></ul><ul><li>
Sourcing Fan Reshares that feature our priority products for the quarter</li></ul><ul><li>
Managing surprise &amp; delight shipments and create a more formal surprise &amp; delight strategy
</li></ul><ul><li>Scheduling all content and posting live where applicable</li></ul></li></ul>
<ul><li>Act as an in-house social creator, building content for our owned social channels<ul><li>
Develop creative and compelling social content primarily for the brands' Tik Tok and Instagram handles including vertical video, GIFs and graphics tailored to each platform. Ensure alignment with brand voice, style and messaging guidelines
</li><li>Create thumb stopping, engaging, fun, and informative content that ultimately grow our following by building brand awareness, and sales
</li><li>Conceptualize, script, produce, and shoot short-form video content for our social channels, primarily TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube
</li></ul></li><li>Spearhead brand's influencer strategy and execution<ul><li>
Contact and respond to top-tier influencers, partners, and creators across priority platforms in a timely manner to fuel the brand's creator program.</li><li>
Build briefs for influencer content, provide feedback, and review outputs</li></ul></li><li>
Act as a community manager for the brand across social channels<ul><li>
Monitor, track, and report on consumer feedback in social media and create reports to share cross-functionally</li><li>
Manage reactive escalations and proactive engagement
</li><li>Lead maintenance of community management playbook to ensure it stays fresh and brand-relevant
</li></ul></li><li>Own trendspotting and competitive tracking<ul><li>
Identify new areas of opportunity for social innovation specifically on Instagram and Tik Tok, continuously seeking ways to enhance each brands' social media presence</li></ul></li></ul>
Qualifications and Skills:
<ul><li>Video production experience &ndash; you're intimately familiar with in-app creator tools across social platforms and know your way around a video editing software like Adobe Premiere.
</li><li>Demonstrated experience working with video editing platforms such as CapCut, InShot, Canva Adobe Premiere Pro
</li><li>2-5 years of experience with a proven track record of growing personal or brand TikTok and Instagram
</li><li>Must be comfortable with UGC photography / filming / editing and being on camera
</li><li>Trend savvy with a deep understanding of social trends, viral audios, slang, etc.</li><li>
Experience in monitoring and reporting social media metrics and leveraging software tools (I.e. Later)
</li><li>Experience with influencer campaign management &ndash; from identification to content creation</li><li>
