Now, in our pursuit of growth, we urgently need a Finance and Accounts Executive to join our dynamic Finance department.Required Skills:<ul><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>Knowledge of withholding tax and SRB required for an accountant.</li><li>Basic knowledge of accounting (IFRS and IAS).</li><li>Critical thinking abilities.</li><li>Analytical skills.</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and maintain precise financial records.</li><li>Process cheque payments in compliance with budgetary guidelines and tax withholding laws.</li><li>Track and reconcile payments from website orders, managing cash collections intricacies.</li><li>Collaborate with senior management to integrate franchisee and company bank accounts with ordering software.</li><li>Assist in the monthly preparation and closing of accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting.</li><li>Conduct regular audits of cash and stock levels at the Warehouse, commissary, and outlets.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.</li><li>4 years of experience in a related field, preferably in the food industry.</li><li>Urgent joining required.</li><li>Team player.</li></ul>Package:<ul><li>Market-competitive salary.</li><li>Attractive benefits.</li><li>Bonus opportunities.</li><li>Health insurance coverage.</li><li>Food allowance.</li><li>Fuel allowance after probation.</li></ul>Note: This job description is subject to change based on the evolving needs of the organization.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
