<li><b>Start Date: April 13, 2026</b></li>
<li>Train and work remotely from approved states (Utah, North Carolina and Texas)</li>
<li>Training: Three weeks (10AM &ndash; 5 PM MST, M-F) <b><i>100% attendance is mandatory</i></b></li>
<li>Full-time (40 hours per week)</li>
<li>Most shifts will be in the evenings (2:00 PM&ndash;10:00 PM, 3:00 PM&ndash;11:00 PM), supplemented by some day shifts, depending on staffing needs</li>
<li>Starting base pay: $15.00 per hour + bonus potential of up to $6/hr</li>

<ul><li>Answer incoming chats (up to 3 at a time)</li>
<li>Consult customers on <b>enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase</b></li>
<li>Proactively communicate and engage with your manager and team members to be successful in a <b>virtual work environment</b>, including but not limited to; one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and team chats</li>
<li>Provide top notch customer service in a <b>fast-paced, dynamic </b>environment</li>
<li>Identify and resolve problems in a way that creates a positive customer experience, with <b>empowerment to make decisions </b>in the moment</li>
<li>Maintain <b>high performance metrics</b> including revenue per call, quality, availability, and dependability</li>

</ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What you'll need</b></h4>
<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent experience</li>
<li><b>2-3 years minimum customer service experience</b></li>
<li>Great typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and technical proficiency</li>
<li>Reliable internet connection and speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, or better</li>
<li>A private, dedicated workplace, free from interruption or distraction that promotes confidentiality</li>
<li>Positive, driven and solution-oriented mentality</li>
<li>Ability to show up to work on time and work your scheduled shift</li>
