 to support our Enterprise Technology teams, with a focus on backend systems and high-transaction eCommerce platforms.
 
 
 
 
 
 In this role, you will act as a
 
 servant leader and Agile coach
 
 , guiding one or more Agile teams (Scrum and/or Kanban) to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, optimizing delivery flow, and ensuring strong alignment across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 
 
 Agile Leadership &amp; Delivery
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams using Scrum and/or Kanban frameworks
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement)
 </li>
 <li>
 Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality increments aligned to business priorities and technical standards
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Flow Optimization &amp; Metrics
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track and analyze Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput, burn-down/up charts)
 </li>
 <li>
 Use data to improve predictability, efficiency, and delivery flow
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Impediment Removal &amp; Risk Management
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proactively identify, escalate, and remove blockers impacting team delivery
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage cross-team dependencies, especially in backend and distributed systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with leadership to mitigate risks and ensure alignment
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Product &amp; Stakeholder Collaboration
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to maintain a prioritized backlog
 </li>
 <li>
 Support backlog refinement with clear acceptance criteria and technical readiness
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate communication across engineering, product, QA, and business teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure transparency through regular reporting and updates
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3&ndash;6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT organizations
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience supporting backend, API-driven, or platform engineering teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing multiple Agile teams simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid Agile methodologies
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in eCommerce or high-transaction digital platforms is a plus
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Technical &amp; Tools
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Understanding of backend systems, APIs, microservices, and integrations
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong experience with Jira (workflows, dashboards, reporting)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience leveraging AI tools to drive team efficiency
 </li>
 </ul>

 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, dynamic environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly organized with strong prioritization and multitasking capabilities
 </li>

 Education &amp; Certifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Preferred Certifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II)
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced certifications such as CSP, SAFe (SSM/SASM), PMI-ACP, or Kanban certifications are a plus
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Nice to Have

 Experience in scaled Agile environments (SAFe, Nexus, Spotify model)
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

 Background in QA, development, or DevOps
 </li>

 The expected salary range for this position is
 
 
 
 $85,000 to $110,000 annually
 
 
 
 . Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
