<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">What You&rsquo;ll Do:</h3>
<h4 class="jobSectionHeader">Bookkeeping &amp; Financial Operations</h4>
<ul><li>Prepare daily cash-outs and organize checks for bank deposits
</li>
<li>Handle cash, check, and credit card batching
</li>
<li>Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
</li>
<li>Maintain accuracy of Pipeline reporting
</li>
<li>Reconcile end-of-day route journals (COGs, dump/gas receipts, timesheets, revenue)
</li>
<li>Perform daily/monthly credit card reconciliations 
Review payroll data for accuracy (in coordination with leadership and a third-party provider)
</li>
<li>Investigate financial discrepancies
</li>
<li>Update and maintain business trackers and financial documents 
</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">Office Administration</h4>
<ul><li>Manage office supplies, kitchen inventory, and uniform stock
</li>
<li>Greet visitors and ensure general office upkeep
</li>
<li>Provide occasional backup support to the Operations Line (customer service)
</li>
<li>Keep documents organized and maintain accurate data entry
</li>
<li>Be a reliable, friendly presence that supports the team&rsquo;s needs
</li>
<li>Complete other tasks as assigned by the GM based on business needs 
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">You&rsquo;re a Great Fit If You:</h3>
<ul><li>Have 2&ndash;3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial administration
</li>
<li>Are highly organized, self-directed, and reliable
</li>
<li>Can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
</li>

</li>
<li>Have excellent communication skills and attention to detail
</li>
<li>Are comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

<li>Schedule: Monday&ndash;Friday, ~8-hour shift

Operations Administrator

<div>Are you an organized, detail-driven professional with experience in bookkeeping and office management? 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Baltimore is hiring a full-time Office &amp; Accounting Administrator to support our growing team and keep our daily operations running smoothly.
In this role, you&rsquo;ll manage both financial and administrative responsibilities &mdash; from reconciling accounts to ordering office supplies. You&rsquo;ll be the go-to person for ensuring everything in the office is organized, accurate, and on track. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting &amp; Bookkeeping:
<ul><li>Process daily cash-outs and prepare deposits
</li>
<li>Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
</li>
<li>Reconcile route journals, including dump/gas receipts, timesheets, and revenue
</li>
<li>Perform daily and monthly credit card reconciliations
</li>
<li>Support payroll review and data verification (with leadership and a third-party provider)
</li>
<li>Investigate and resolve financial discrepancies
</li>
<li>Maintain and update financial trackers and documents
</li>
</ul>Office Administration:
<ul><li>Manage office, kitchen, and uniform supply inventory
</li>
<li>Greet visitors and maintain a clean, organized office space
</li>
<li>Assist with data entry, document organization, and record keeping
</li>
<li>Provide occasional backup support for customer service (Operations Line)
</li>
<li>Support the General Manager with special projects or tasks as needed</li> 
</ul>

Ideal Candidate:</h2>
<ul><li>2&ndash;3+ years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial admin
</li>
<li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed
</li>
<li>Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
</li>
<li>Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
</li>
<li>Proficient in Excel and basic accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)</li> 
</ul>
