Pay Range: $28.00/hr - $32.00/hr+ (Total Compensation)

Schedule: Full-time: 4&ndash;5 shifts per week
<ul>
<li>1 mandatory weekend shift</li>
<li>3&ndash;4 weekday shifts</li>
<li>Shifts run 8&ndash;10 hours and may fall anywhere between 7:00 AM &ndash; 10:00 PM, depending on business 
needs</li>
<li>Must maintain availability for 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day every week</li>

Role Overview: As a Field Sales &amp; Service Representative, you'll bring energy, professionalism, and salesmanship to every job.

<li>Create WOW moments through outstanding customer service</li>
<li>Lead pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and deliver clear estimates</li>
<li>Remove junk safely from homes and businesses</li>
<li>Drive, navigate, and operate box trucks (training provided)</li>
<li>Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75 lbs</li>
<li>Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance</li>
</ul>
No prior junk removal experience required &mdash; Participate in daily recorded role-play scenarios to 
support ongoing training, skill development, and performance improvement - we train you.

Junk Removal and Route Sales

What We Offer: 
 
Flexible Scheduling: (We operate 7 days a week) 
Please note, we require all employees to work one weekend day per week

A typical day includes:
<ul><li>The day starts with a commercial vehicle inspection, followed by a morning meeting.</li>
<li>Teams of two will head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers&rsquo; homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces</li>
<li>Provide detailed estimates/quotes and final pricing to each customer</li>
<li>Once your truck is full, you will dispose of items responsibly through our recycling, donating, and waste management facilities</li>
<li>To run efficiently, teams must maintain communication throughout the day with our dedicated and fun operations team</li>
<li>Feel amazing about helping your community</li></ul> 
 
What you bring to the company:
<ul><li>You are 21+ years of age (Required for commercial truck Insurance)</li>
<li>Possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license (No CDL Required!)</li>
<li>Clean driving record (Motor Vehicle Records Check will be ran on past 5 years).</li>
<li>Possess a positive and friendly attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Physically able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly</li>
<li>Previous sales and customer service experience will aid in your success of our team</li>
