We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Executive with proven experience in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates for a wide range of technical and non-technical roles across civil, MEP, and infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment for construction-related roles (e.g., engineers, foremen, site supervisors, project managers)</li><li>Collaborate with project and department heads to understand manpower needs</li><li>Develop job descriptions and post vacancies on relevant platforms</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, social media, agencies, and referrals</li><li>Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessments</li><li>Maintain a strong pipeline of skilled candidates for ongoing and future projects</li><li>Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected candidates</li><li>Maintain recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the construction or engineering sector</li><li>Familiarity with construction job roles, skill sets, and site-based hiring practices</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS)</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Recruitment Specialist

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities (PPM), including work orders, equipment histories, and performance reports in line with company standards and procedures.Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards alwaysPossess in-depth knowledge of kitchen equipment&rsquo;s installations, maintenance and Repairing covered under the job scope.Utilize diagnostic tools such as manifold gauges, clamp meters, and leak detectors effectivelyProficient in PCB repair, including calculating resistance (R,P,V,I).Diagnose and resolve faults in Kitchen Equipment systems including Hot and Cold, Gas/Electric Operated Equipment issuesFamiliar with materials and components used in electrical, electronic, refrigeration, and LPG gas systems.Experienced in maintaining refrigeration and cooling systems, including cold rooms, freezers, chillers, ice cube makers, and ice cream machines.Coordinate with peers and supervisors on complex technical issues and team-based tasksJob Type: Full-timePay: From AED2,000.00 per month
