Seeking full time administrative/clerical person Monday through Friday.Responsibilities will include answering phones, filing, dispatching vendors for maintenance related issues. Must be detail orientated, reliable, have good communication skills, both written and verbally. WORD and EXCEL experience., along with good typing skills and have a pleasant attitude.Must have the ability to meet deadlines, be self motivated, and work under minimal supervision. This position requires the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, be a logical thinker and possess problem solving abilities.Candidate must have experience with basic office equipment.
