Build trust. Set high-quality appointments.You are not selling equipment. You are creating opportunity.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement Proactively engage customers in-store, build rapport quickly, and identify potential HVAC needs.Lead Qualification &amp; Appointment Setting Educate customers on our heating and cooling services and schedule free in-home estimates.Brand Representation Represent Absolute Climate Control and The Home Depot with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.Collaboration Work alongside Home Depot staff to maintain strong relationships and maximize opportunity within the store.CRM &amp; Reporting Submit leads in real time using your smartphone and maintain accurate records in our system.Performance Focus Track your results.
