Salary Range $67,500 - $85,000 (based on experience)
1Vision is a growing commercial printing and promotional products company focused on delivering accuracy, speed, and quality to our clients. We handle a variety of projects including eCommerce fulfillment, pick and pack, kitting, and promotional products and print distribution. We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead our team and optimize our fulfillment operations.<ul><li> 
Oversee all daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping</li><li>Manage, train, and schedule warehouse staff to ensure high performance and accuracy</li><li>Maintain and improve fulfillment workflows for efficiency and accuracy</li><li>Monitor order processing, shipping timelines, and customer delivery standards</li><li>Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and vendors</li><li>Track KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order turnaround time, and fulfillment errors</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams on custom kitting and print-related projects</li><li>Support process improvements, system updates, and automation initiatives</li></ul>
Requirements:
<ul><li>3+ years of warehouse or fulfillment management experience</li><li>Strong background in pick and pack or order fulfillment operations</li><li>Experience using warehouse management or inventory software</li><li>Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills</li><li>Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail</li><li>Print or promotional product industry experience is a plus</li><li>Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
