The job: Own full integration of dexterous hands into the robot. Make every hand move perfectly, sense accurately, hit production yield. Hands-on with mech, EE, controls, AI. 
You&rsquo;ll do:<ul><li>Plug hands into control stack + validate full behaviors</li><li>Build calibration + end-of-line tests</li><li>Integrate position/torque/tactile sensors into real-time loops</li><li>Act as the technical focal point for the hand</li><li>Close the loop between design intent, control behavior, and manufacturability</li><li>Write diagnostics + fallback logic</li><li>Debug mech/EE/SW with scopes, logs, data</li><li>Tune high-BW controllers + run sys-ID</li><li>Define test stations + x-functional requirements</li><li>Script auto-rigs, dashboards, pipelines</li><li>Write docs + mentor</li></ul> 
You need:<ul><li>6+ yrs shipping robotic actuators/manipulators</li><li>C++ / Python (embedded + test)</li><li>Sensor fusion + closed-loop tuning</li><li>Mech, kinematics, controls, sensors</li><li>Linux, lab gear, debug</li><li>BS/MS ME/EE/Robotics</li><li>Cross-team driver</li></ul> 
Nice to have:<ul><li>Built robotic hands or multi-DOF</li><li>EtherCAT/CAN/SPI/I2C</li><li>MATLAB/Simulink</li><li>CAD collab</li></ul>
