A Leader in the Transportation and Logistics Industry is seeking a full-time Shipping Coordinator - Customer Service Rep.Candidate must have excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while working under pressure to meet deadlines.Responsibilities include; routing shipments with truckload and LTL partners, dispatching pickups and deliveries to company drivers, quoting customer shipments, negotiating with carriers, tracking &amp; tracing customer shipments, filing, preparing bills of ladings, organizing documents and assisting co-workers with overall operations processes.Candidate MUST have previous lead customer service experience, must be able to demonstrate ability with excel, and have previous experience in Transportation and Logistics.
