<div><div><div>As a <b>Grounds Maintenance Technician</b>, you will be responsible for ensuring the building exteriors and grounds of the apartment community are well-maintained and visually appealing. You&rsquo;ll play an essential role in creating a clean, pleasant environment for our residents by performing various Grounds Maintenance duties.</div></div><div><div><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Remove trash and debris from property grounds regularly to ensure the grounds are visually appealing at all times</div></li><li><div>
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the pools on property (we will train you on proper pool care if needed)</div></li><li><div>
Maintain common areas by pressure washing exteriors and blowing leaves</div></li><li><div>
Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to management promptly</div></li><li><div>
Perform minor repairs to outdoor equipment and fixtures</div></li><li><div>
Adhere to all safety standards and operational procedures</div></li></ul><p>
</p><div><div><b>Requirements:</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Previous grounds maintenance experience preferred</div></li><li><div>
Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude</div></li><li><div>
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions</div></li><li><div>
Ability to work independently and adhere to a schedule</div></li><li><div>
Ability to use a variety of equipment, such as blowers and pressure washers</div></li></ul><p>
