Property Manager Responsibilities</b>
</div></div><ul><li><div>Manage all aspects of apartment operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
</div></li><li><div>Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
</div></li><li><div>Handle resident inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
</div></li><li><div>Oversee property maintenance, coordinating repairs and improvements as needed.
</div></li><li><div>Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure it meets quality standards.
</div></li><li><div>Maintain accurate records of resident files, leases, and financial transactions.</div></li><li><div>
Promote available units and through effective marketing.
</div></li><li><div>Foster positive relationships with residents to enhance community satisfaction and retention.
</div></li><li><div>Prepare reports and other operational metrics for management review.</div></li></ul><ul><li><div>
Proven experience in property management.
</div></li><li><div>Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.
</div></li><li><div>Knowledge of property leasing practices.
</div></li><li><div>Ability to address resident concerns effectively.
</div></li><li><div>Experience in property maintenance oversight is advantageous.
</div></li><li><div>Proficiency in MS Office and AppFolio is highly desired.</div></li><li><div>
Understanding of Fair Housing regulations is essential for compliance purposes.
