Nursing preferred)Experience: 2&ndash;3 years in healthcare staffing or home healthcareKey Responsibilities:Coordinating for deployment of nurses/GDAsMaintaining staff database and rostersVendor coordination for staff hiring and managementHandling staff grievances and attendanceTimely deployment and replacement of GDA/Nursing staff.Track attendance, leave records, and staff availability.Payment collection.Required Skills:Good communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of healthcare staffing processes.Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent staffing requirements.CompensationAs per company standards and candidate experience.Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: In person
