The role involves recruiting qualified clinical staff and caregivers for our home healthcare services while ensuring timely workforce fulfillment across multiple locations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Plan and execute bulk hiring drives for healthcare staff, including:</li><li>ANMs, GNMs, and B.Sc. Nurses</li><li>Caregivers and Patient Attendants (GDA, MPHW, Home Care Helpers)</li><li>Source, screen, and onboard prospective candidates through campus drives, job fairs, referrals, and partnerships with training institutes.</li><li>Travel across assigned regions to conduct recruitment campaigns and mobilize manpower.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong candidate database for continuous staffing needs.</li><li>Coordinate interviews, assessments, and documentation for new hires.</li><li>Collaborate with operations and management teams to forecast staffing requirements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and healthcare hiring standards.</li><li>Maintain strong vendor/agency networks, especially with manpower contractors and security/staffing agencies.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Proven experience in mass recruitment or bulk staffing (preferably in healthcare, security, or manpower agencies).</li><li>Strong ability to hire clinical staff (nurses, ANMs, GNMs, B.Sc.
