The ideal candidate must have strong ICU &amp; Critical Care experience and proven leadership in managing ICU departments in a hospital setting.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the nursing team across the rehabilitation centerEnsure high standards of patient care, safety, and clinical qualityOversee clinical protocols, nursing SOPs, and compliance with healthcare regulationsCoordinate with doctors, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic patient careManage ICU-level clinical decision-making, especially for critical and high-dependency patientsMonitor nursing documentation, infection control, medication administration, and patient outcomesTrain, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performanceHandle duty rosters, staffing adequacy, and shift managementAct as the primary clinical nursing authority within the centerEligibility &amp; QualificationsEducation: GNM / B.Sc Nursing (M.Sc Nursing preferred)Experience:Minimum 5 years of ICU / Critical Care experience (mandatory)Must have handled charge/lead responsibility of an ICU department in a hospitalStrong knowledge of critical care protocols, emergency response, and patient monitoringProven leadership and team management skillsKey Skills &amp; CompetenciesICU &amp; Critical Care expertiseClinical leadership and decision-makingPatient-centric approachStrong communication and coordination skillsKnowledge of NABH / quality standards (preferred)CompensationSalary as per industry standards and experienceJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
