Dental Therapist - ideally 3 days (flexible)Minimum 6 months NHS dental experience requiredDental therapist required at a friendly, supportive independent practice in Sett Valley, New mills and possibly shared role at Shaw Heath , Stockport.Our practice prides ourselves on being a small, friendly team dedicated to providing exceptional oral care in a supportive and collaborative environment. We&rsquo;re committed to delivering the best results for our patients whilst making sure everyone on our team feels appreciated and has opportunities to grow.Our practice is a mixed NHS /private surgery practice and the therapist will have a dedicated dental nurse.We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic dental therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a great fit for our close-knit group, bringing both professional skills and a positive attitude.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct dental assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs.</li><li>Provide preventive care, including cleanings and fluoride treatments.</li><li>Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive measures.</li><li>Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments performed.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong knowledge of human anatomy relevant to dental practices</li><li>Experience with medical imaging techniques and technologies</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with patients and dental teams</li><li>Familiarity with dental hygiene practices and patient care standards</li><li>Relevant certifications in dental therapy or related fields</li><li>GDC number required</li></ul>Pay: &pound;30.00-&pound;35.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Free parking</li></ul>Work Location: In person
