Position Overview:215 Marketing is seeking a versatile Marketing Associate to support a wide range of marketing projects and day-to-day operations.This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career marketer who&rsquo;s looking to gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities. You&rsquo;ll work closely with experienced team members, explore different facets of the agency world, and learn how strategy, design, technology, and execution all come together to drive results. You&rsquo;ll assist in ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of projects, collaborating with different teams, and contributing to the execution of client initiatives &mdash; from campaign setup and reporting to QA and light creative coordination.This is a part-time 1099 position (20&ndash;35 hours per week) with the potential to grow into a full-time W2 role based on performance and agency needs.Minimum Requirements:You don&rsquo;t need to know everything on day one &mdash; we&rsquo;re looking for someone who&rsquo;s sharp, organized, and eager to learn how marketing really works inside an agency environment.<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field &mdash; or equivalent hands-on experience</li><li>A strong interest in marketing systems and digital tools (e.g., analytics, CRMs, automation platforms)</li><li>Working knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and confidence in building basic reports or trackers in Google Sheets</li><li>Familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and Google Search Console</li><li>Excellent organizational skills and a thoughtful approach to how you manage files, data, and deadlines</li><li>Sharp attention to detail when reviewing creative, copy, or web assets</li><li>Resourceful and curious &mdash; able to figure things out independently using search engines or AI tools</li><li>Clear written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment</li><li>Experience with project management tools such as Asana is a plus (not required)</li></ul>Responsibilities / Role:Quality Assurance &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Conduct QA reviews for web design, content, and creative assets before client delivery</li><li>Support QA of campaign setups, links, and technical deliverables</li><li>Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure alignment between creative, messaging, and campaign goals</li><li>Review and proof assets for grammar, consistency, and formatting accuracy</li><li>Help coordinate asset approvals and compliance (especially for regulated industries)</li><li>Maintain organized documentation, shared drives, and folder structures</li></ul>CRM &amp; Marketing Automation<ul><li>Assist in setting up forms, workflows, and automations in HubSpot (or similar platforms)</li><li>Create or update conversion assets such as lead forms, CTAs, and gated content</li><li>Manage and segment contact databases based on lifecycle stages or source</li><li>Build, test, and refine automated workflows (drip campaigns, notifications, lead scoring)</li><li>Support email marketing setup, landing page creation, and A/B testing</li><li>Sync leads between ad platforms, CRMs, and client systems to ensure accurate attribution</li></ul>Campaign &amp; Technical Support<ul><li>Support managers in preparing and QA&rsquo;ing marketing campaign launches</li><li>Implement or test tracking (UTMs, pixels, events, and CRM integrations) across platforms</li><li>Configure and audit Google Analytics for key events, conversions, and audience tracking</li><li>Assist in setting up and troubleshooting Google Tag Manager and related tracking systems</li><li>Monitor and report on campaign performance through Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, and other CRMs</li><li>Generate recurring performance reports and dashboards for internal and client use</li><li>Help identify tracking or lead-syncing issues and assist in troubleshooting</li></ul>Operations &amp; Internal Support<ul><li>Assist in onboarding new clients, setting expectations, and ensuring platform access</li><li>Coordinate timelines with creative, web, and paid media teams</li><li>Manage internal requests and task prioritization in Asana</li><li>Help administer junior-level training for new team members or interns</li><li>Stay current on marketing tools, platform updates, and emerging trends</li><li>Test new tools or technologies to identify potential opportunities for the agency</li></ul>Expectations:<ul><li>Attention to Detail: You double-check everything &mdash; links, copy, formatting, and tracking.</li><li>Organization: You keep tasks, folders, and project timelines clean and logical.</li><li>Resourcefulness: You don&rsquo;t wait for answers &mdash; you know how to find them.</li><li>Communication: You ask smart questions and proactively update stakeholders.</li><li>Adaptability: You can jump between clients, platforms, and project types seamlessly.</li><li>Curiosity: You&rsquo;re eager to learn how all the moving parts of marketing work together.</li></ul>Growth &amp; Learning:This role offers exposure to nearly every facet of agency marketing &mdash; from CRM systems and analytics to creative production and campaign strategy.
