 &nbsp;&mdash; guiding potential members through their fitness journey from the very first interaction. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for achieving sales targets, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for every new member.

 Key Responsibilities:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Promote and sell gym memberships and fitness programs
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle walk-ins, leads, and telephonic inquiries effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strong product knowledge of gym offerings and services
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain positive relationships with members and prospects
 </li>
 <li>
 Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the fitness and operations teams to ensure a premium client experience
 </li>
 </ul>
 🎓&nbsp;
 
 Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in&nbsp;
 
 Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field
 
 &nbsp;(preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 
 1&ndash;3 years of experience
 
 &nbsp;in sales, customer service, or the fitness industry
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent&nbsp;
 
 communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong&nbsp;
 
 presentation and negotiation abilities
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven attitude
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic computer literacy (CRM, MS Office, or POS systems)
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for&nbsp;
 
 fitness, health, and lifestyle improvement
 
 </li>
